How do I pay for my Repairs ?
You may pay by Ins.Ck,Cash,Bank Check or Personal Check if oked by Owner.

Do I pay the Deductible ?
Yes all Insured Vehicles going thru your Ins. carrier the Deductible is your responsibilty.

Do I Pay the Deductible before or after the repairs ?
You pay for your Deducible when you P/U your vehicle and your satisfied.

What is the latest time I can P/U my Vehicle ?
You may P/U your Vehicle as Late as 6:30 P.M. Please call to make arrangements.

Do you have Saturday hours ?
No but we do stay later on Friday night If customers are going to arrive late.

What do I do if I have an Ins. Check from the Ins. Co. ?
Hold on to it and sign it over at time of P/U or you may leave it with us in your file until your Vehicle is completed.

What is a Direction To Pay (DOP)?
A DOP is when you authorize or sign a form so that the Ins. Co. will pay us Directly so there is no need to worry about payment at the time of P/U of your vehicle.

Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate ?
Yes we would ask of you please to call to set one up or do it *OnLine* it gets very busy around here at times.

What if I conacted my Ins. Co. and they told me to go to a Direct Repair Shop in my area but I want you to fix my vehicle ?
That happens often by Law an Ins. Co. is not in any way shape or form to steer you any where, you have the right by N.J. State Law to go to any Lic. Repair Facility in the State and your Ins. Co. can either be notified by us or you that they need to come to our Facility to write your damages.

What if they tell me if I don't go to there location my repairs will not have any warranty by the Ins. Co. ?
First the Ins. Co. never in the history of our 50 years as given us a warranty we the repair facility is responsible for the repair the only differance is that if a shop is on a Direct Repair Program the Ins. Co. will make sure that if your vehicle was repaired inproper that they will get it back to correct and then most likley remove the shop from the program.

What if you find more Damages than what my Ins. Co. or the other Ins. Co. allowed ?
Not a problem that is what we call in the industry as a supplement this standard nine out of ten times we will always find hidden damages, we contact the Ins. Co. to come out and add to the original estimate so we can complete the repairs.

What if my vehicle has some thing go wrong after I P/U my vehicle ?

 Please Notify Us ASAP! so we can contact your Ins. Co. and get the problem documented.
