I also understand that Ray’s Auto Body is not responisible for any other cause beyond their control or delays caused by unavaibility of parts or delays in parts shipments by the supplier and any items Missed on the orginal estimate, which could not have be seen at the time of the Orignal inspection. If so Ray’s Auto Body will submit to my Insurance Co. for Direct payment if this is an insurance claim or myself will be notified by Ray’s Auto Body if this is not an insurance claim. I also herby grant your employees Permission to operate my vehicle on streets, highways for testing and inspection for Saftey. I fully understand Ray’s Auto Body payment in full policy , unless otherwise Agreed upon by the owner. If during the repairs we encounter additional parts and repairs overlooked by the insurance company , you will be informed of those repairs and at the time of completion you will be asked to sign the supplemental section to complete your claim with the Insurance Co.
